Heating Instructions: Stove Top: Boil unopened pouch in water for 5 minutes. Microwave: Tear pouch open halfway, heat on high for 90 seconds. Caution: Pouch will be hot! Pick up & hold from sides after heating. Do not use an oven. Refrigerated after opening. Do not consume if pouch is leaking or swollen. Serve with rice or flatbread for a complete meal in minutes!
