Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Skillet: Preheat 10 inches skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add 1 teaspoon oil and meat. Cook 4 minute untouched, flip and stir meat, and cook an additional 3 minutes or until internal temperature of 145 degrees F is reached on instant read thermometer. Remove from heat and let rest for 3 minutes. Microwave: Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook for 10 minutes, stir product, and continue to cook for 9 additional minutes or until temperature of 145 degrees F is reached on instant read thermometer. Remove from heat and let rest for 3 minutes. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
