Cooking Instructions: 1. Combine 1 cup floating leaf blend with 2 cups of water (add more water if needed to reach desired texture) (substitute water with broth/stock for enhanced flavour) in a small saucepan (pot). 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Cover tightly with lid and reduce heat to low simmer and cook for 20 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes (with lid) or until desired doneness is reached. 5. Drain excess water if needed. Season as desired. Apply to your favorite rice or grain recipe. Use in salads, soups, as a side dish or entree. Storage: Store in a cool dry place.
