Ingredients You Need: 4 oz. boneless tender beef, cut into thin strips. 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided. 1 oz. green beans, trimmed and cut in 1-inch lengths. 1/4 cup sliced onion. Directions: 1. Cook rice noodles in boiling water 4 minutes. Drain noodles. 2. Meanwhile, stir-fry beef in 1 tbsp. hot oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until cooked; remove from pan. Heat remaining 1 tbsp. oil in same pan. Add vegetables; stir-fry 2 minutes. 3. Reduce heat and stir in beef and sauce. 4. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
